Marie Lanza

Marie Lanza (Writer/Producer) began her career in independent films under the tutelage of her parents. Her father, Anthony M. Lanza, was the well known director and editor of the 60's classics such as "Deadwood 76" and "Glory Stompers", and the 80's film "Squeeze Play", among others. Marie's mother, Laura Lanza, was a stage and screen actress who received critical acclaim for her performance as the lead in the stage production of "South Pacific". Marie's industry parents
relocated to Lake Charles, Louisiana to pursue other goals. Her father eventually moved back to Hollywood to continue his career; she was raised in Louisiana where she followed the footsteps of her mother on the stage.

Drawn by her parents successes, Marie moved to Los Angeles after high school. In 1999, Marie immersed herself in the studies of law; she worked several years as a paralegal. Marie was privileged enough to assist on such infamous cases as the North Hollywood Shootout trial in which she developed the feature film "Metallic Rain" and the Angel of Death Suits. During this time, Marie enrolled in the film and television program at Columbia College ~Hollywood in which she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Motion Picture Cinema Arts and Television Production, with an emphasis in Producing and Screen writing. Marie also works very closely with her twin sister, Heather Lanza (Director) on their joint venture, Twin Gem Pictures and has shot several films and television pilots together.

Marie is a history enthusiast, has a passion for myths and legends, and is always working on creating a new story. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

   
   
Dustin Wissmiller

A native of Chicago, Dustin Wissmiller studied motion picture and television production at Columbia College ~ Chicago. In 2001 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry and further his studies. In 2004 Dustin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia College ~ Hollywood where he completed his studies in motion picture and television production.
While in school, Dustin had the opportunity to write and direct various original short projects.

Dustin's first position in the business came as a sitcom casting assistant to Marla Garlin. Upon learning the insides of the business first hand, he moved to bigger opportunities when he was hired as a writer's assistant to Pauly Shore. As Pauly's writer's assistant, Dustin was heavily involved in the writing of Pauly's stand-up material. Along with stand-up comedy, he was also involved in various
projects in development through Landingpatch Productions, a company of Pauly Shore. On "Pauly Shore is Dead", Dustin had the privilege to serve as a story assistant and also provided much support in post production and marketing of the film. In addition, he also had the opportunity to be involved in development of Pauly's new reality series "Minding the Store" which airs on TBS.

Dustin has also served much freelance industry support from a writer's viewpoint. He has served as a script reader for many companies and has also been called upon for re-writes, punch up work and creative input on various independent film and television projects and commercials.

Dustin currently resides in Burbank, California. When he is not writing, he spends time as an active outdoors enthusiast and an avid published photographer.
